It is a water based vintage, stained, old and worn look antique cream that can be easily used on all craft surfaces. Colors do not fade. It creates a very realistic aging effect on all surfaces it is used. Can be applied with sponge or brush. Cleaned with soap and water. It does not contain any harmful substances.
